We hope everyone is having a great summer and taking lots of trips with friends and family.   At Pangea, we've been hard at work getting the app launched publically (and traveling, of course 😉).  Now, anyone can join Pangea, even without an invite code!📲 If you don't have Pangea yet, you can download it free for 🍎 iOS or 🤖 Android to get started.If you have the app but were on our waitlist, update your app so you can start building your pin map & connecting with friends. 

We are thrilled to welcome hundreds of new users this summer who found us organically and created profiles!   -  Be sure to add your trips to Pangea so your friends can stay updated on where you are headed next!  New trips are posted on the Newsfeed to make it easy to see when you're crossing paths with others.

With many airlines permanently waiving change fees on non-basic economy fares, flight prices have become more volatile.  Part of this is due to many travelers speculatively booking flights and canceling them last minute if they don't need to fly.  This often causes prices to drop in cases where lots of people change their plans.    Many airlines have also made it easy to change or cancel your trip in their app, or online - in seconds.   If you're traveling and have a flight booked, periodically check the price.  If it goes down, many airlines (such as Delta) allow you to "change" your flight, onto the same flight you have booked at the lower price, giving you an instant eCredit - right in the app.  It takes only a few seconds and has saved me hundreds dollars this year! 

The next few months we will be adding lots of new features, including:

👯‍♀️ Adding contacts - from your phone directly to Trips, even if they don't have a Pangea profile.🗺 Share -  your map or upcoming trips to your IG story or group chat to keep your friends up to date on where you're headed.🚨 Notifications  - letting you know when your friends are planning trips to the places you've been, or when your paths are going to cross.💬 Liking and commenting - on the Newsfeed to make it easier to share recommendations & coordinate plans.❤️ And of course, your ideas! - be sure to fill in our User Survey and let us know what else YOU think we should add!
